Venture into another world at the Georgia Aquarium, the world’s largest aquarium. The Aquarium features over eight million gallons of fresh and marine water and the largest living collection of animals in the world. The Cold Water Quest exhibit will lead you to penguins and beluga whales. The Georgia Explorer exhibit houses animals indigenous to Georgia, like the bonnethead shark and horseshoe crab. At the Ocean Voyager you will watch giant grouper and whale sharks swim past. Become a River Scout and learn about freshwater species. Visitors will also be able to explore the world of a Tropical Diver and view tropical fish found in coral reefs.
