Well, that’s over

It’s been a long two weeks since Will Muschamp’s departure created a defensive coordinator opening at Auburn. And after more than a dozen names floated out on the rumor mill, Tommy Tuberville has found his man: Paul Rhoads, as reported in Thursday’s Opelika-Auburn News and Wednesday evening on AuburnVersus.com.

Auburn waited until today to make an official announcement, but all the i’s are now dotted and the t’s are now crossed, as I explain in my story for Saturday’s Opelika-Auburn News. You can rest easy, Auburn fans, and turn your attention to recruiting and basketball and whatever else is on your minds.
