Onstage Question
Hey Yall!!! I am having so much fun!!! Last night’s onstage question went really well. I have a format that I generally use when answering onstage question- Answer the question, support it, and close it. I stayed true to this formula last night and it served me well. My goal with the Miss America experience has been to show the judges who I am, enjoy the process, and to leave with no regrets. So far this is totally what I have done. If I do not win the title of Miss America at the end of this week I will be ok becuase I know that I have done the best that I could do!!! My wardrobe is edgy, but timeless which is totally me...I LOVE retro-glam!!! I can only control myself- MY ACTIONS and MY PERFORMANCE. Everything else is out of my hands so I choose not to waste my time or energy worrying about it. However if the judges are looking for me, They will CLEARLY find me because I have been no one but myself this week! I am not trying to immulate passed Miss Americas or anyone else for that matter. I am just me!!! The reality show can cut my hair and put me in different clothes, but they can NEVER change the things that make me ME!!! And those are the things that define an “IT” girl!! Well--- keep your fingers crossed Georgia as I compete in swim and gown tonight!! I love you Georgia and I’m so proud to call you my home!!!!

That, my dear, is exactly why you are truly the American ideal...with or without the crown!

Leah,
I think you are so pretty. You may not remeber me but I was in your mom’s quest class. You used to come and read to us. That was so much fun. Well I wish you LUCK!! Fitzgerald Loves You!!

Hi Leah! It’s Tab. I just finished watching the show and wanted to let you know how incredible you were. We’re so proud of you!! You looked amazing. I was really hoping I’d get a chance to see you sing. I think you were 7 the last time I actually heard you. It was also great seeing Uncle Lee and Aunt Connie in the stands. Please tell everyone I said hello. And Congratulations...you have a wonderful year ahead of you representing our state.

Leah,
Please know that all of our family are so very proud of your representation of Georgia, your Community &, certainly, YOU. It was such a thrill to watch the finals last night, and receive such a rush when you made it to the Top 15 and Top 10 groups. We were so-anxious to hear you sing on the national stage - as we’ve not heard your new song (only the one you shared at Central UMC, on morning), but such was not to be.
Beth said there was a surreal quality of watching you in the spotlight last night, as the years have so-swiftly ticked by since your childhood. On the other hand, Sarah was ready to take the judges to task for failing to keep you in the top eight!
The apparel selections that we watched so many of the finalists wear were enough to make most dads blush, as some were definitely more ‘edgy’ than others. Personally, I don’t know if we like all the changes in the MA pageant, itself, but we will always think the world of Miss Georgia 2007, Leah Massee.
Love, All the Robinsons
