I must say that combining the Miss & Outstanding Teen finals turned out to be quite the success! Great show with even greater entertainment, enough can’t be said for the fabulous job done by Leah Massee.
This year’s contestants were so prepared and Chasity winning was awesome.
I have to add that April Brinson gets better each year and how gorgeous did Megan Blake look, she’s done so well!
