Dinner theater in Dothan

Here’s something that starts this weekend and continues on through July:
If you like local theater, then check this out. The prices are reasonable, and it’s something different to do.
Dinner is catered by McAlister’s Deli.
The Featured Players Theatre will present “When You Comin’ Back, Red Ryder?” by Mark Medoff four weeks beginning Friday, July 11.
Set in the summer of 1969 in a diner in New Mexico, the play revolves around a night chef, his co-workers and a group of customers. Admission is $12 for adults; $6 for children. Doors open at 6 p.m. for dinner and the show starts at 7 p.m. Performances will be on Friday and Saturday, July 11, July 12, July 18, July 19, July 25, July 26 and Aug. 1 and Aug. 2.
