Healthy Connections makes fresh, gourmet calorie controlled meals. Healthy Connections has a five week menu rotation and offers 1200 or 1800 calorie plans. You may choose a 21 meal plan (3 meals a day for 7 days), or choose an a la carte weekly program from the menu rotation.

Healthy Connections will guide the Birmingham Losers and NBC13 viewers through the Transformation by teaching the importance of a healthy diet.  The Birmingham Losers will learn how to make correct portion size choices, good vegetable options, break bad eating habits and establish a healthy eating plan for their new lifestyle.  Healthy Connections will provide each Birmingham Loser with 3 meals a day/7 days a week for 12 weeks. Our meals are prepared at our commercial kitchen under the direction of our Chef and Registered Dietician.  We offer two separate plans- a 1200 calorie a day plan and an 1800 calorie a day plan.  All nutritional facts are listed on the meal containers so that you know the calories, ingredients and other important factors for restricted diets.  If you prefer to order individual meals, you can order our meals to fit your needs and schedule.  Some people want to order lunches or dinners only.  We provide the flexibility for you to accommodate your lifestyle.

Our meals are prepared fresh and delivered to your door or to a convenient distributor in your area for pickup.  It is your choice.  Meals are chilled and delivered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week.  The best part is that our meals are affordable and truly taste good.  The average cost of a meal is $7.00.  When you consider the time and effort that goes into preparing healthy meals, this is a small price to pay for good health.
