You Can Change Too!!

Change is a curious thing. In most areas of life, you dread it, yet in others, you pine for it.

You are told that change is hard, that it takes time. You are also told that change is the most consistent thing that you will encounter. You wonder how to make lasting changes that will improve your life.

I’m here to argue that change can happen in an instant, just ask Karl Benton.

In just six weeks, Karl has lost 35 lbs, lost 5 inches off his waist, reduced his body fat by 10 percent, and has more than doubled his output on push-ups. Incredible, but that’s not all, when Karl first came in he had a resting HR over 100 BPM, literally a ticking time bomb. Over the next six weeks, he’d change all of that. Karl now has a resting HR of 78 and a working HR of 120 (incredible!!).

Words just cannot describe the heart of Karl Benton; he has been a man among men who has stepped up and met every challenge I have put forth. Karl, as a trainer I could not be happier with what all you have accomplished, keep up the good work and we will see what August brings.

Why do most people fail to make lasting change? They leave it up to willpower. This works for a while, but you’ll always revert back to what’s comfortable. The solution?

Change what you’re comfortable with.
