What a Week

Headed to Gulf Shores last Friday morning after working out. Had a wonderful mini vacation with my family.Hit some heavy traffic in Montgomery Tuesday on the way home. Had to go by a store and buy some workout clothes so I could get to my Tuesday evening workout. My wife dropped me off at FT in Vestavia, went home and unpacked and came back to pick me up. Needless to say, I have had a tough couple of days back at work. I plan to really amp up these last few weeks. Weight loss is still good but I know it will be great the next five weeks.I plan to play some tennis this weekend and do some extra walking at a nice local walking track/trail. Everyone have a great weekend.
