Welcome Changes

I hope everyone had a marvelous holiday. I was fortunate. I didn’t have a BBQ to attend. I am very proud of all of you that were able to face the temptation triumphantly. My test will come on July 4th. My family always has a BBQ with plenty of food including homemade ice cream. Hopefully I will be as strong as all of you were.
People are starting to notice the changes in the way I look. My wardrobe of stretchy clothes and dresses hasn’t provided a very accurate gauge of my progress. Even though I have dropped some pounds, I really can’t feel it in my clothes. It was a much needed boost to my morale when I heard the first “You look like you have lost weight.” It will be a wonderful day when even the stretchy clothes are too big.
The diet and exercise are still going well. I continue to enjoy every meal. Beth is absolutely right about the graham crackers, cream cheese, and jelly. That was one of my favorites. Thanks for all the support on the DDP issue. For me, it has been the hardest. Even after almost 4 weeks, I still want one. It is going to be hard to stay away from them after this program is over. The water seems to be doing wonders for my skin so I have even more incentive to keep drinking it. I am noticing a change in my energy levels. In the beginning, after each cardio session or workout session, I was completely spent for the rest of the day. . Now, about an hour after exercise, I’m ready to go again. After 12 weeks of this I will be unstoppable
