WEEK 4 BEGINS !

Three weeks down and nine to go. Today I worked half a day , then went to workout with Ryan. My oldest daughter will graduate from high school tonight and I was telling Ryan how busy today was going to be , thinking this one may be a breeze. Ryan didn’t cut me any slack ! And I am glad . He knew what to do and got me through another great workout. This was one day I did not feel like going and could easily have skipped , but I refuse to dodge a workout. I am in this for the duration of the the contest and beyond. The food has been extra good this week , too many good meals to mention.Going to get ready now and watch my beautiful daughter graduate .
