Walk/Run

The walk/run sounds good to me. I think the American Heart Association has several for September and maybe August, too. The American Heart Association would be a good one for us. I know my heart is in much better shape than it was 10 weeks ago. Most everyone in my family has had some type of heart problems. As a matter of fact, I went for my check-up with my heart doctor. He said he was really impressed with all I have accomplished. My blood pressure was fantastic. I don’t have to go back for a check-up for one year. I will be having my cholesterol checked next month and I know it will be better. Everyone have a great week.
