Trust

Well Leah, you are not alone.  I too lost zip this week.  It can be so discouraging to work so hard and not see it on the scale.  Michael at Mt. Laurel FT, gave me the muscle weighing more than fat speech.  My mind easily grasps the idea, but my spirit is not so willing.  I am going to do my best to focus on what he said.  I have trusted Fitness Together and Healthy Connections since the beginning, I’m not going to stop now.  They are the professionals.  My success is just as important to them as it is to me.
