So Proud

I am so proud of all of us!!!  We have all done great.  I am down 17 pounds and 24 inches!!  Donnie said that my resting heart rate is that of an athlete!!! ME - with an athletes heart rate!!  I can’t believe that!  I am so excited to see everyone today and personally congratulate them on their progress.  I know I still have a long way to go but for the first time in my life I feel like I can beat the “battle of the bulge”!!  And more than that I can be healthy.  Go us!!!!
