Keep On Keeping On!!!

Hi Guys..

I went through a big plateau in week three and four. It happens to us all at one time or another. Then just as quickly as is comes it leaves. I lost another four pounds this week. The secret to start losing weight again is to up the intensity during each cardio session.

Anyway, I wish each of you much success in your workout programs. Hang in there!!  By the way I had a first tonight at dinner - Tofu??  How did that get in our pasta?  Oh well I’m full and happy so no complaints cheese
