Jumping Jack Queen
I still don’t have my energy back, but it’s getting there. The scale was friendly to me this week. I can hardly wait until the halfway point because Luan said we are going to measure. I haven’t gone near a tape measure since my first day at FT. I think I will be pleased with the results.
Leah, to me, the jumping jacks are not so bad. Robert used to call me the queen of jumping jacks. I despise the mountain climbers. When I went to the doc for my sinus infection, I was tempted to ask him to write me a note excusing me from them forever. I hesitate to write this, because if anyone at Mt. Laurel FT reads this, I will probably have to do 3 or 4 rounds of mountain climbers each session. Oh well, that which does not kill us makes us stronger.
Heather had a great idea. It would be awesome for the winner to receive 12 more weeks of food and training. A lifetime membership to FT would be great too. I really do want to keep this up. Anything that would help me continue this lifestyle would be appreciated.
