Hello Monday

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I worked out Saturday and walked a good bit all weekend. Tonight I went to my youngest daughters awards night then did cardio. Workout tomorrow night, cardio Wednesday night , workout early Thursday and then go to my oldest daughters high school graduation. Yes, a very busy week.But finding time to exercise is becoming a part of my life. When the Birmingham Losers first started I thought how can I find time to do what it takes ? You have to find time, you have to make time to exercise. Exercise has become a part of my daily routine. Exercise is something I have to do and now it is something I want to do. I know right now that I will always workout with weights and do some kind of cardio everyday. Later on I will incorporate other exercise activities into my week. I want to ride bikes again, jog,run, play basketball, tennis and other things I did “years” ago. I want to go to Gatlinburg and go on a real hike. And now, after these first three weeks, I know I will do these things and more. Thanks to Luan and everyone at Fitness Together in Vestavia . This journey gets better everyday. Everyone have a safe and productive week.
