Have you done the crab walk???

We changed things up today. l love doing new excercises to change up the routine. Shannon at the Summit Fitness Together had me walking backwards on my hands and feet like a crab. Now this sounds easy, but it’s rather challenging. I also jumped around the gym like a frog. I think I might actually be sore tomorrow. I have lost a total of twenty pounds and twenty inches to date. I’ve hit another plateau. It will pass. I Look forward to seeing everyone Tuesday.
