Happy Monday
I hope everyone had a peaceful and fun holiday weekend.I also want to congratulate Rick and Beth on the weight loss.And Keith I agree on the 24 week get together, because I will definitely continue after the contest is over. I have lost a lot of weight and inches but I am nowhere near where I need to be. When I look at myself I can’t see a whole lot of difference, however all my family and friends say they can. I can feel it though. I’m on my last hole on my belt. I will have to buy another belt this week ! I am still a long way from being comfortable in gym clothes. I went shopping Saturday for new shorts and shirts but couldn’t find anything to “help me out” for the commercial shoot tomorrow.But that will change in a few weeks. Everyone have a great week.
