Happy Day
I can’t stop smiling. I have weighed and I am very pleased with the results. I have no idea if I did well enough to win, but I am proud just the same. Winning the contest would be awesome, but the feeling I have right now is pretty awesome too.
Great job Heather. I am sure buying that smaller size was a rewarding experience. I still haven’t done any real shopping. I plan to go this weekend and purchase something new for the party.
I am really proud to be a part of this group. All ten of us decided we wanted to improve our lives and WE DID IT! Sure we had help. Fitness Together and Healthy Connections provided the tools we needed, but we are the ones that made a commitment to use those tools. We chose every day to stick to our diets and follow our workout schedules no matter what. It takes hard work and determination to do what we have done. I know that we all have what it takes to continue with this lifestyle and obtain any goals we may have.
