Great Experience

I cannot believe how fast these 12 weeks have gone by.  I had my last Fitness Together workout this morning and like Lori, I am a little sad.  I went shopping today and bought a size 14!!  Ya’ll, I was a size 26 when we started this journey.  That was enough motivation to make me promise myself to continue on this path forever.  I have learned so much that I will take with me to continue a healthy lifestyle.  Thank you thank you thank you Healthy Connections and Fitness Together for making this possible for me.  It has been a great experience.
