Final Weigh In

All,

Karl and I can not make the 29th.  This was communicated back to NBC13 and they came back with the 24th which is the actual last day of the contest as it should be.  This should have been communicated to the trainers.  Please check with yours.  It think the plan now is next Thursday the 24th.  I hope that date works for everyone. 

Like I said before I am up for the Heart Walk.  I will get everyone’s email and phone info at the party and create a contact list for everyone.  Lets go represent.
