Changes Becoming a Life Style

I feel like I haven’t spent much time blogging lately - mainly because I guess I’m just in a good routine. Working out and eating healthy has become the norm instead of the continued failure I use to feel when I couldn’t work all this into my life. Rodney continues to challenge me with my work outs. Right now I’m doing high intensity and high reps. Which gives me both the strength training and cardio together. Rodney also threw in a little boxing tonight. Which helps to break up the routine of my normal cardio. Plus boxing is a great way to relieve stress!! I’m still losing weight each week which continues to encourage me. And I’m continuing to move down in my clothing sizes - which means I’m making my way into all of my old clothes that I had stored in the attic. I have this one shirt that is my “goal shirt”. Once I loose enough to fit in that shirt I will feel I have attained a huge accomplishment. I’m beginning to think about the end of this contest - how I’m going to continue to loose weight once I don’t have Healthy Connections and Fitness Together. I think it is important for me to have an established plan instead of just jumping into something when this all ends. As we’ve all said this contest is only the beginning! I’ll still have a long way to go after July but I’m ready for the challenge to continue. Until next time....
