3 down 9 to go

What a great week. My daughter turned 15 today and we got her driving permit. Wow..what a ride home. Scared the bejeebies out of me. My son graduates high school tomorrow and will start a new chapter in his life And my Boss was in town this week . All this and I continue to entertain clients every day. Still I continue to make great strides. I hit 22 lbs weight loss today. That is a steady seven lbs per week average. I also accomplished something today that was a complete suprise. My last set of bench press today I finished at 225lbs. That is mind boggling. Three weeks ago I could hardly get 135 lbs for four reps on the last set. I continue to set new records in cardio. After starting with cardio and working out we finished on the eliptical. I maintained a pace over 60 rpm at level 12. I burned 400 calories in 22:28. That is down from 24:00 Monday. Shooting for 400 calories in 20 minutes now. This was at the end of the workout and after training for only three weeks. I could hardly do 10 minutes at Level 3 when I started Clients and my boss immediately notice the weight loss now. I can not wait to see what the results will be in 9 more weeks. I can not believe it is only 9 more weeks. Oh and we filmed a commercial Monday. You are not going to be able to stand me
.
The food continues to be great and Christian at Fitness Together does an amazing job of keeping the work outs fresh to keep the old muscles guessing and he continues to up the cardio level and goals. No Status Quo going on in Mountain Brook. He is also acutley aware that I had knee surgery in the fall and have strugled with back pain and core weakness form my March 4th 9 day stint in the Hospital with a ruptured Gall Blatter. He continues to tailor my workouts to work around issues and we continue to make progress. Thanks goes to Healthy Connections for the tweaks in the diet to avoid dislikes.
I hope everyone is having as much fun as I am. Keep up the Hard Work.
