Cesar Cielo and Brett Hawke aren’t brothers. But they sure act like it.

With a roster that boasts 17 returning letter winners off of the 2007 NCAA Tournament squad, the Auburn soccer team began fall practice on Thursday with an early morning and late afternoon practice. 

Auburn head cross country coach Peter Watson announced the addition of five newcomers, one transfer and four freshmen, to the men’s roster for the 2008 season.

Auburn’s Cory Martin has been named the 2008 Division I Men’s Outdoor Field Scholar-Athlete of the Year by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association, and six Tigers were named to the organization’s All-Academic Track and Field Teams, the USTFCCCA announced Wednesday.
