She also earned first place on vault with a 9.900. She placed second on beam with a 9.825, and tied for third on bars, scoring 9.825.

Dunkleberger earns SEC Track & Field honor
Auburn senior Jacob Dunkleberger has been named the Southeastern Conference’s Male Field Event Athlete of the Week.

Dunkleberger received the honor on the strength of his performance last weekend at the Rod McCravy Memorial meet in Lexington, Ky. In his first competition of the season, Dunkleberger won the weight throw with a mark of 21.87m (71-9), which ranks him No. 2 in the nation this year.

His mark, which is just three centimeters shy of the nation’s top mark, earned him an automatic spot in the NCAA Indoor Championships.

Men’s tennis hosts Troy
