FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Senior Jacob Dunkleberger won the men’s weight throw to highlight Saturday’s action for the Auburn men’s and women’s track and field teams at the SEC Indoor Championships.
Saturday’s competition consisted mostly of preliminary action, with just nine finals contested. The remaining 24 finals will all take place today.
Auburn’s men are tied for ninth place with 10 points with just five events completed, while the women have not yet scored in their five finals.
Men’s Golf heads to Seminole Intercollegiate
The No. 12 Auburn men’s golf team will compete in its second tournament of the spring season beginning today in the Seminole Intercollegiate at the par 72, 6,965-yard Golden Eagle Country Club Course in Tallahassee, Fla.
The tournament will continue through Tuesday.
Senior Jay Moseley and junior Glenn Northcutt will play in the No.1 and 2 spots, respectively, after both tying for fourth in last week’s John Burns Intercollegiate.
