Liza spent time studying abroad in Australia and Fiji. She wants to raise awareness in the fight against cancer. She adopted the platform because of her grandmother’s struggle with breast cancer.
Liza created a program called “Cure Bears”. The bears are independently sponsored and then delivered to pediatric patients in hospitals of the Children’s Miracle Network. The Elberton native feels that this and other volunteer work would make her a great spokesperson for the Miss Georgia Pageant and the Children’s Miracle Network.

It was amazing to get to see you twirl on the Miss Ga. stage. The live streaming went out and I missed the bathing suit and evening gown portion of Top 10. I got to see the best part though!
