Candace hopes to one day be editor-in-chief of an international dance magazine, combining her loves of dance and communications. She is also using her love of dance to empower youth. She believes that dance develops discipline, confidence, and courage. The Bainbridge native would like to provide underprivileged children with an opportunity to participate in structured dance programs. Candace would like to promote the Miss America/Children’s Miracle Network partnership by bringing back the Dance-A-Thon, with titleholders performing dances from the 50’s and 60’s to raise support for CMN.
